Returns Policy

At Abbey Tooling & Engineering Supplies, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 working days of purchasing the product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or special order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at abbtool@mweb.co.za or call 083 656 3804 to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
